We are a creative, fun, and passionate team who strives to make the world a better place every single day! We are never finished learning, and welcome opportunities to continuously improve! All of our staff are in the process of becoming, or already are, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We abide by the Ethics Code set forth by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB).

We provide 24/7 residential care and enhanced behavioral supports to children with developmental/intellectual disabilities. We use applied behavior analysis in every layer of our organization to ensure that meaningful behavior change not only occurs, but that we've got the data to prove it. Collaboration between all team members helps us to reach goals together and celebrate shared success!
